Funny Pup Won’t Let Human Drive

Penny the pup knows what she wants and she knows when she wants it too! It’s time to go to the vet but she has other things on her mind… to be scratched of course! Who would want to go see the doctor when someone is giving you a nice rub? I’d take that over the vet any day!
